I keep thinking that we left one of our super-soothing sound machine alarm clocks in nonstop "rain" mode.
 

Everytime this happens I think about how silly it is that the water treatment plant is right by the Cuyahoga river. Wouldn't we want the waste to be away from the water. There is no way those overflow tanks are able to handle all this water and as a result they just let it flow into the river.
